Singtao.ca: 第 26 屆「華讌」籌款晚宴 本月 26 日舉行

【社區消息】大多倫多中華文化中心於宣布，其年度重點籌款晚宴——第 26 屆「華讌」（Imperial Ball） ，將在本月 26 日（星期六）假多倫多市中心費爾蒙皇家約克酒店（Fairmont Royal York Hotel）舉行。
大多倫多中華文化中心主席簡慧兒表示：「『華讌』今年邁進第 26 個年頭，是一項別具里程碑意義的盛會，見證文化中心數十年來致力在多倫多多元化社區之間搭建橋樑、促進社區聯繫以及深化文化理解的努力。」
賓客在華讌上，將品嚐到由費爾蒙皇家約克酒店行政總廚精心打造的精緻佳餚，並享受一系列精彩難忘的娛樂表演，包括由加拿大中文電台主辦、新時代電視協辦的 2025 年金曲歌唱大賽冠軍暨最佳演繹獎得主唐可欣帶來歌曲演唱。
多倫多高芭蕾舞團 (Goh Ballet Academy Canada)呈獻優美動人的舞蹈表演，以及由多倫多國際音樂節中樂藝術委員會成員兼中樂演奏家趙文 、周家麗及曹麗娜攜手帶來悠揚悅耳的中樂演奏。
晚宴迎賓酒會期間由加拿大皇家海軍艦隊軍樂團帶來精彩的特別演出。
賓客亦有機會參與現場拍賣，競投由社區支持者慷慨捐贈的臻選珍品，包括瑰麗珠寶、時尚運動服飾、中國傳統工藝品及購物禮券。
晚宴大部分收益將用於支持大多倫多中華文化中心的重點項目——「蘭亭花園」（Lanting Garden）。這座園林旨在弘揚亞洲傳統文化，並為後世打造一座歷久彌新的文化地標。其餘善款將用於支持文化中心全年舉辦的文化及教育活動，為大多倫多地區不同年齡和背景的人士提供學習、交流和成長的機會。

[Community News] The Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto (CCCGT) announced that its annual flagship fundraising gala, the 26th Imperial Ball, will take place on Saturday the 26th of this month at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in downtown Toronto.
Angela Chan, Chair of the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto, stated: “As the Imperial Ball enters its 26th year, it marks a significant milestone. It stands as a testament to the Centre’s decades-long dedication to building bridges across Toronto’s diverse communities, fostering community connections, and deepening cultural understanding.”
Guests at the Imperial Ball will enjoy fine cuisine crafted by the Executive Chef of the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, alongside a lineup of memorable performances. Highlights include a vocal performance by Katelyn Tang, champion and Best Performance Award winner of the 2025 Golden Song Singing Competition (co-hosted by Fairchild Radio and Fairchild TV).
Goh Ballet Academy Canada will present a graceful dance performance, while traditional Chinese musicians Wen Zhao, Jiali Zhou, and Lina Cao—members of the Chinese Music Committee of the Toronto International Music Festival—will join forces to deliver a melodious ensemble.
During the welcome reception, the Royal Canadian Navy Band will deliver a special performance.
Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a live auction to bid on curated items generously donated by community supporters, including exquisite jewelry, stylish sportswear, traditional Chinese handicrafts, and shopping vouchers.
Most proceeds from the gala will support the CCCGT’s flagship project, the “Lanting Garden.” The garden aims to promote Asian heritage and create a lasting cultural landmark for future generations. The remaining funds will support the Centre’s year-round cultural and educational activities, offering opportunities for learning, exchange, and growth to people of all ages and backgrounds across the Greater Toronto Area.
Ming-Liang Huang will continue to serve as the Chair of this year’s Imperial Ball Anniversary Celebration, having steadfastly supported the Centre’s development for many years.
